Excellent beach access right across the street and the staff was friendly. The room was a bit small and there was noise from the road. Enjoyed the morning aerobics by the beach. Would stay again for the location.

I loved how clean and fresh my room felt! The staff were unbelievably welcoming and even had daily treats in the lobby. Plus, being just steps from the beach with my dog was the icing on the cake!

Proximity to the beach is impressive. Privacy? Even better. The heated pool and hot water in the taps were welcoming luxuries. The spa tub? Stellar. Each sunset from the balcony was a breathtaking scene. Staff stand out. Helpful and attentive at every turn. I valued the cleanliness and travel toiletries in the room. It was surprising to find a larger refrigerator and small dining table, useful touches. pricing transparency needs major focus. Parking fees and resort charges were confusing and unfair. Beach access shouldn't incur an additional fee; that simply doesn’t add up. Simple fixes could enhance the experience. Tackle rug issues by the A/C. Consider better beach gear and improve communication on policies. Your potential is evident; it just needs refining.

The room we stayed in was pretty cozy and had all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. They also had a nice selection of tea and coffee facilities, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, there wasn't a mini-bar in the room which would have been convenient. One thing I really liked was the sitting area in the room, it was quite comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The terrace offered a nice outdoor space to enjoy the view. I wish they had a dining table in the room for added convenience. The rooms were not as soundproofed as I would have liked, and I could sometimes hear noise from the neighboring rooms. the garden furniture could use some updating as it looked a bit worn out. On the bright side, they provided free toiletries which were a nice touch. I was disappointed to find out that there was no washing machine or dryer available. It would have been handy to have those facilities, especially after a day at the beach. The staff was accommodating and offered a shuttle service, which was convenient for getting around. They also had tours and ticket assistance, which made it easy to plan activities during our stay. I feel like they could improve on their happy hour offerings.

The place was a huge letdown. The A/C smelled awful, and it was hard to sleep with the constant noise from traffic outside. Plus, the bathroom was a slip hazard with no grab bars, making it feel unsafe.

There was no fan, and the bathroom had a strong odor that detracted from the experience. Noise from the hallway light shone through the ill-fitting door, disrupting sleep. While the decor was beachy and inviting, the strong scent of deodorizer upon entry was overwhelming. The complimentary popcorn was cold, while the coffee lacked flavor. The cozy breakfast nook had decent options, but overall, the room's comfort could be significantly improved.

The hotel offered free bike rental, a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, and exceptionally friendly staff. Its location was perfect, just minutes away from historical sites and a bustling district full of art galleries and restaurants. A great place to enjoy a peaceful getaway.
During our stay, the hotel was undergoing bathroom renovations, had no elevator, and the walk-in shower had poor water pressure and a slippery floor. The bed was uncomfortable, and the traffic noise from the nearby road was constant and loud.

We visited Vilano beach pier and had a blast fishing and soaking up the sunshine. The pier was bustling with activity, and we felt like locals casting our lines into the sparkling waters. It was the perfect spot for a family beach day!
My wife says that the pool area could use more child-friendly amenities.

I felt like a VIP being close to all the attractions. The private beach and free Trolley pick-up made me feel like a star. I soaked up the sun by the pool like a celebrity.

We hit up Vilano beach pier for some cool fishing vibes, then checked out the killer water adventures there! Had a blast, catchin' some rays, and snappin' insta-worthy pics by the water. The beachy scene was totally chill, made us feel like we were in a movie!

Free coffee, cookies, and popcorn were a nice touch during my Christmas stay. The breakfast variety was satisfactory, offering options to please most guests. The proximity to the beach was a key location advantage, allowing easy access and beautiful views.
The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, interrupting sleep. Smoking on balconies polluted the air, making it unpleasant for non-smokers.

I chose the hotel for its close proximity to St. Augustine, the Oldest City in the United States, and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access. The deluxe breakfast was a delightful bonus, and the tour pickups made exploring the historic city convenient.
Eggs frozen, coffee ran out early, limited phone wifi.
